A four-week coaching program for founding business owners who are sharp, successful, and stuck at the center of everything.

The promise is not that you get completely out of the center in four weeks. The promise is that, in four weeks, you make four meaningful transfers that start moving you out of the center:

  1. Roles: Stop wearing every hat.
  2. Decisions: Stop making every decision.
  3. Knowledge: Stop being the only one who knows.
  4. Relationships: Stop being the hub of every key relationship.

Each week combines a short teaching segment with live PDQ coaching, where owners bring real problems, decisions, and questions from the business. The work is practical: identify what still depends too much on you, decide what can transfer, name what must be built up first, and begin moving ownership to people who can actually own it.

The goal is to jump start your move out of the center of everything so you have more options: grow aggressively, sell on your terms, or keep the business and leave the grind.
